Domestic (within the US)

All orders are processed within 1-4 days. Orders take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping:

International shipping is calculated by weight and will be provided at checkout along with the estimated time frame for delivery depending on which option you choose.

Abeiller is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties you may owe.
 
Customs, import duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

How is my order shipped? UPS, FedEx, Postal Service?

Various methods are used within our distribution center to ensure your shipment is received in a timely manner. To check the progress and shipping method of your package, log in to your account and check the order in your order history.

A signature may not be required upon delivery, it is advised that you track your package by created an account and viewing order updates in the account section.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information in your shipping confirmation email that’s sent out once we’ve shipped your order. You may also view this information in your account and check the order in your order history.

 

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

 

Abeiller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather or other events beyond our control.
