Abeiller product satisfaction guarantee: We always hope you love all our products from Abeiller, but should you be less than happy with your product purchase, return the unused product in its original packaging to us within 30 days for a refund.
- We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If an unused product is returned between the 30 days, you can receive an Abeiller gift card for the purchase price of the product.
- Past 31 days an item cannot be returned for refund, exchange or gift card.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Abeiller does not provide pre-paid return labels. When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange your item for another , you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired item using your store credit.
All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
